Paying with your Peepsule Wallet

Some rewards have a price in US dollars. You pay from your Peepsule Wallet, which you top up on peepsule.com. Each purchase is one payment (not a subscription) and shows on your Wallet & receipts page and in your wallet history on peepsule.com.

Money buys the item itself: a PeepMyMods plan, profile flair, or whatever the reward says. Money never buys Sparks, raffle tickets or any chance to win anything. Raffles and giveaways are Sparks only, and Sparks are always earned free.

Delivery

PeepMyMods plan days arrive instantly on the PeepMyMods account linked to your Peepsule account. Profile flair is set up by the Peepsule team, usually within a day. Items marked "coming soon" can't be bought yet.

Refunds

• If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund to your Peepsule Wallet, automatically or within a day.
• If a payment didn't finish (for example Peepsule didn't answer), anything taken is refunded automatically within a few minutes.
• Something wrong with an order? Contact Peepsule support within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
• Once a PeepMyMods plan is on your account or flair is on your profile, the purchase is final, except where the law gives you more rights.
• Refunds go back to your Peepsule Wallet. Money in the wallet is handled under peepsule.com's wallet terms.

Rewards Plus

• Rewards Plus costs the monthly price shown on the Plus page, taken from your Peepsule Wallet when you join and then every month on the same day.
• Cancel any time on the Plus page. Cancelling stops the next payment; Plus stays on until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund part-months.
• If your wallet is too low on renewal day, Plus stays on for a short grace period (3 days) while we try again. Top up and it renews by itself; otherwise it ends. Nothing is ever charged to a card directly.
• Perks: no ads on Peepsule, Rewards and PeepMyMods; bonus Sparks equal to the Sparks you earn while you're a member; members-only rewards.
• Bonus Sparks can only be spent in the Rewards shop. They can't buy raffle tickets, can't be gifted, have no cash value and can't be cashed out. They stay yours if Plus ends. If we ever stop Plus, we'll tell you first and refund the unused part of the month.
• We may change the price; a new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you, and you can cancel before it does.

Sparks

Sparks are a free thank-you for taking part. They can't be bought, sold, traded for money or cashed out, and they have no cash value.
